1. Who we are

This store, shop.satoshiscrypt.com ("Satoshi's Crypt"), and satoshiscrypt.com are operated by Scrypt LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("we," "us"). By visiting the store or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Products and pricing

We try to describe and photograph every item accurately, but colors vary by screen and each made-to-order piece — especially pigment-dyed garments — varies slightly by nature. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. We may refuse or cancel an order for an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or an item we can no longer produce; if so, we refund you in full.

4. Puzzles, ciphers, and hidden elements

Many of our products carry encoded or hidden elements. These are for entertainment. We do not promise that any puzzle will be solved by any particular buyer, and buying a product does not by itself enter you into any contest. Scrypt Sprints, Oracle doors, and other challenges on satoshiscrypt.com are free to enter and are governed by their own published rules; no purchase is ever necessary to enter or win.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, ciphers, characters, and marks on our products and sites belong to Scrypt LLC or its licensors. Buying a product gives you the physical item (or a personal-use license for a digital item) — not the right to reproduce, resell copies of, or commercially exploit the designs. Public-domain texts in our editions remain in the public domain; our introductions, arrangement, design, and encoded elements do not.

6. Digital products

Digital items are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other providers shown at checkout. Installment options, where offered, are subject to the provider's own terms and approval.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as stated in our Refund Policy, the store and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
