Refund Policy

Every physical item from Satoshi's Crypt is made to order for you — printed, dyed, or bound after you check out. Because nothing sits on a shelf waiting, we cannot take back items simply because a mind or a size changed. We do stand behind every piece we send.

What we make right

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund — your choice. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at salsatoshinft@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), or the carrier confirms the parcel lost, we will reship or refund. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, we can reship once you confirm the address; the second shipping charge is yours.

What we cannot accept

Returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size ordered. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.
Digital products (downloads, digital editions, digital envelopes) once they have been delivered or accessed, except where the file is faulty or never arrived — in that case we will resend it or refund you.
Claims made more than 30 days after delivery.

Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as you can; if production has already started we will tell you honestly and offer what we can.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. If you paid with Shop Pay Installments, the refund is applied to your installment plan.
