Every physical item is made to order and ships directly from the studio that produces it. Your delivery time is production time + transit time. Orders with items from more than one studio may arrive in separate packages.
Production time (before your order ships)

Signed and numbered editions pass through our own hands and carry their own timeline, stated on the product page. Preorder items ship on the date shown on the product page.
Transit time (after your order ships)
- United States: 3–8 business days.
- International (where offered at checkout): 7–20 business days. Customs and import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.
These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays happen, especially around holidays.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your items and destination. You will see the full cost before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as each package leaves its studio.
Digital products
Digital items are delivered by email or download link, usually within minutes of purchase. If yours has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then write to us.
Addresses and problems
Please double-check your shipping address — we cannot change it once production begins. For lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments, see our Refund Policy or contact salsatoshinft@gmail.com.
